Introduction
I’ve been wanting to do this for a very long long time! And I decided instead of trying to create a document for us all of which I would never get round to completing, it finally occurred to me that it’s something I can keep adding to. Our own family health channel! And of course anything you think that is important, I can add it too. We can all share our health knowledge or insights, menus, podcasts etc. Marie, you have sent me some really interesting documents of which I will include here too. I am guilty of falling off the wagon frequently. And I know it’s wrong to be trying to tell you what to do when I don’t always do it myself and of course you have all done your own research and have plenty of knowledge that I don’t have, so this is really a sharing place as health, sleep, exercise, nutrition is vital to a long, sick free life!! And if we fall off the wagon, instead of getting upset with ourselves, except that we are human and get back on it again. We are all capable of having more energy, being healthier, looking younger, feeling happier, simply through taking care of our own health and helping support each other along the way. So here goes! My first three tips would be no refined or processed foods (no white carbs and sugar), good nutrition, exercise and sleep.
