I do love a lenticular cloud formation! I wished at this moment that I had my tripod and I had run a timelapse. The clouds stretched across the atmosphere like slow-moving waves, sculpted by powerful winds crossing the summits of the Mont Blanc Massif. Though the air at ground level felt still, these clouds were evidence of the invisible forces flowing through the upper atmosphere. To me it always looks like nature is creating its own art.
