Moonrise over Verbier
I was shooting the moon the night before this shot. It was during the early days of the pandemic and I had nowhere to be in the morning. So I listened to podcasts on cosmology and astro physics pretty much all night. I feel asleep for a few hours and then decided to get back down home to bed. However a friend called from New Zealand when he saw I was online and I continued shooting. Then I put on a podcast with Astro Physicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson whilst on the walk down. By this time the moon was about to rise again. So I decided to wait. It was the most perfect decision!
